Preparation:
Add fresh: 500 g beef (e.g. from the leg) Preparation: 1) Brown the meat in 1 tbsp. hot oil on all sides. 2) Add 500 ml of water, bring to a boil and stir in the contents of the bag. 3) Cover and simmer on low heat for about 1 ? hours. Turn meat halfway through cooking time. Cut meat into slices and let stand briefly in the sauce. We recommend serving with potato dumplings and red cabbage.
